Jennifer is an experienced real estate and project management professional with 18 years of experience in the design and construction industry. She provides strategic consulting for complex infrastructure and urban development projects ranging in value from $250M to $5B. Jennifer is typically engaged by owners on project assignments that are complex, dynamic, and non-conventional.

Jennifer holds a Master in Design in Real Estate and Project Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architectural Science in Project Management from Toronto Metropolitan University. Jennifer is a recognized leader in Canadian infrastructure projects having received the Canadian Women's Infrastructure Network Leadership Award in 2016, a national award recognizing significant and meaningful contributions to infrastructure in Canada and abroad.

Jennifer is passionate about advancing the field of project management as a profession. As President at Stites Co., Jennifer leads a team of real estate professionals, project managers, and project control specialists providing professional services to government ministries, agencies, and organizational units engaged in infrastructure and urban development projects.
