As Stites Co.’s Communications and Engagement Lead, Laura provides strategic advice and input to Stites Co.’s project managers and clients to effectively lead and manage internal and external stakeholder communication activities on projects. With more than a decade of experience, Laura is a communications and engagement specialist experienced working with high-profile organizations, including public sector clients and Indigenous Communities. Laura is also a trained facilitator, skilled in navigating complex conversations with stakeholder groups to identify constraints, trade-offs, and common priorities to achieve project outcomes.
