Tara Bondar, BBA

Project Manager

Tara has 15 years in business management experience and over 5 years of construction project management experience. Her skills include financial management, human resources, health and safety, and operations. Tara has experience managing a wide range of projects including commercial tenant improvements to large multi-commercial/residential, and hotel development projects. Her project experience includes working with multidisciplinary teams of design and engineering professionals, trades professionals, Indigenous communities, and government agencies.

As a construction project manager Tara has been responsible for assisting clients during the design phase of projects, developing tender packages, initiating bids and proposals, budget creation, contract award, project scheduling, budget management, and project closeout.
