Thomas is a civil engineer technologist with over eight years’ experience working on small to large scale construction and land development projects across Canada within both public and private sectors. Thomas has construction experience managing projects and contracts, completing inspections, and navigating municipal development approvals. Thomas’s experience includes working with contract and tender documents, Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD), engineering design drawings, cost estimates, risk management, specifications and governmental guidelines, client and stakeholder engagement, and field inspection. Thomas is currently completing a certificate in professional management at the University of Calgary and is also working to obtain his PMP designation with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
